The main reasons when the drum does not spin due to breakdowns

A drive belt is used in almost all Bosch washing machines, except for those models where the drive is direct. Using a belt, the motor drives the drum during washing or spinning.

When the brushes on the engine wear out (shorten), then the contact with the collector disappears, the engine stops due to the absence of an electromagnetic field. EP is necessary to create a driving force of the electric motor.

These brushes in engines are nothing more than consumables, so there is nothing unusual in such a breakdown. With intensive washing, the brushes are erased to the base in 2 to 12 months. Replacing brushes in Bosch washing machines is easy, although you have to disassemble the engine. If the engine is faulty, the drum will not rotate, and if you try to scroll it manually, you can do it without problems. This public Offer Agreement, hereinafter the Agreement, defines the relationship between the administrator of the boschremont.ru domain, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator, on the one hand, and the boschremont.ru website visitor, hereinafter referred to as the Visitor, who accepted this proposal to conclude the Agreement by taking actual actions filling out an online form, application, or calling the contact phone number listed on the Site, or sending an email or application using other contact information specified on the Site.

Clarifications of terms and definitions

Other conditions

3.3. This Agreement establishes the complete absence of any relation of the Site to the official representation of any brand, production or trading company registered in the manner prescribed by law. The Site is also not an official authorized dealer and / or service center of any registered brand or company, but provides only services for accessing the Site’s services and functions, which boil down to the search by the Visitor of the best option for him to receive repair and maintenance services located he owns household, kitchen and other general-purpose appliances.

3.4. Disputes arising between the Administrator and the Visitor may relate exclusively to functional, service and software errors in the structure of the Site and the incorrect operation of its program code. All disputes regarding the quality of repair or service received by the Visitor are resolved exclusively with the person who provided the Visitor with these services.

3.5. The Parties shall be exempted from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill obligations under the Agreement if the failure to fulfill the obligations was the result of force majeure, namely: fire, flood, earthquake, strike, war, actions of public authorities or other circumstances beyond the control of the Parties.

Final provisions

4.1. This Agreement is a document regulating the relationship between the Administrator and the Visitor, as a result of which the Visitor, performing any actual action in the program shell of the Site, including reading content, filling out forms and fields, sending applications and messages and any other actions related to the use of functions and service capabilities Site, automatically joins this Agreement in full.

4.2. The hyperlink to this Agreement is available on the main page of the Site, and is available as a pop-up dialog box for easier viewing and reading.

4.3. 1. Confidentiality of the User’s personal data

1.1. The Site Administration, acting reasonably and in good faith, considers that the User:

acquainted with the user agreement, expresses his agreement with them and assumes the rights and obligations indicated in them.

1.2. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User, and does not have the ability to evaluate its legal capacity. The Site Administration assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal data and maintains them up to date. The Site Administration is not responsible for the consequences of the provision by the User of inaccurate or insufficient information.

1.3. These Rules apply only to information processed during the use of the Site and Products. The Site Administration does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party sites to which the User can click on the links available inside the Site or Products.

2. The purposes of collecting and processing personal data of the User

2.1. The Site Administration collects and stores only those personal data of the User that are necessary to provide the full or partial functionality of the Site, Products, except when the current legislation of the Russian Federation provides for the mandatory storage of personal data for a period specified by law.

2.2. The Site Administration processes the User’s personal data in order to fulfill the contract between the Site Administration and the User, the subject of which is the provision by the Site Administration of the User access to use the Site, its functionality and Products.

2.3. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

2.4. With regard to the User’s personal data, their confidentiality is preserved, except in cases of voluntary provision by the User of information about himself for general access to an unlimited circle of persons. When using certain functions of the Site, Products, the User agrees that a certain part of his information about it becomes publicly available.

3. Transfer of personal data

3.1. Users’ personal data may be transferred to third parties for the execution of the agreement described in the user agreement (for example, for repairs by a contractor or subcontractor), with the exception of cases expressly provided for by these Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. In order to fulfill the agreement between the User and the Site Administration and provide the User with access to use the functionality of the Site, Products, the Site Administration develops and implements new services, optimizes the quality of services, improves the available functionality of the Site and Products. To ensure the implementation of these goals, the User agrees to the implementation by the Site Administration in compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation of the collection, storage, accumulation, systematization, extraction, comparison, use, filling (clarification) of their data.

4. Measures to protect personal data

4.1. The administration does not store personal data provided by the user via telephone. Those personal data that were provided by the user during the filling of the online form or application are stored exactly one hour, after which they are permanently deleted. The administration is trying to use all the necessary modern means necessary to protect personal data.

4.2. To authorize access to the Site, Products, the use of a login (email address or mobile phone number) is not required. The administration provides the opportunity to use the site services without authorization.

5. Applicable law and dispute resolution

All real disputes arising between the Visitor and the Administrator relate only to the functionality and services of the site. Disputes arising, the subject of which is poor-quality repair or low-quality services, or otherwise, are resolved exclusively between the Visitor and the Contractor (in the form of contractors or subcontractors). The administrator does not bear any responsibility for repairs. The user agrees to this, otherwise, stops immediately using the services of the site.
