How To Put The Line In The Trimmer

The warranty production of the factory trimmer refueling will inevitably require line replacement. Having a very rough idea of how to thread the line into the trimmer reel on their own, beginners are reluctant to take up this business. However, with some skills, mastering this simple teaching does not present any difficulties, and the similar instruction presented below will make this process as easy as possible.

Coil with two working tendrils

In this type of spool, you should determine the number of grooves for winding the line, lying on the inside of the spool:

  • One groove. both tendrils are wound together in one groove;
  • Two grooves. each tendril is wound on an individual groove.

For both cases, a line with a length of 2-3 m is taken. In single-groove reels, the line is pulled into a through hole, its ends (antennae) are folded together and aligned, after which they are wound in the opposite direction of rotation of the bobbin on the rod side. inside the arrow usually indicates the correct direction of winding. If there are fixing grooves, the ends of the fishing line are threaded through them or held with the fingers of the free hand, they are threaded into the through hole of the outer half of the bobbin, the bobbin is closed and attached to the trimmer bar.

The difference in line winding in two-groove spools is that initially a 2-5 m long line segment is folded in half (to determine the mid-bend), and the bend loop is inserted into a special groove between the grooves. Both antennae of the fishing line are wound each along its own groove, fixing the antennae and assembling the coil is similar to the above-described option with one groove.

The first execution of this procedure, perhaps, will seem long and rather laborious, but with time and experience this task will be solved much faster and easier.

The following will clearly show how to thread the line into the trimmer spool and wind it correctly. this operation is NOT difficult and with some patience it will certainly be crowned with success:

We wind the fishing line

Slowly completed disassembly of the spool-spool without losing its spare parts allows you to proceed to the main task. winding the fishing line into the reel. Technological features of the spool design and the number of working antennae determine the sequence of actions.

Preliminary preparation

First of all, to wind the fishing line, you need to remove the spool (bobbin, spool) from the trimmer. specific actions will depend on the complexity of the configuration and the type of the product itself:

  • Small electric trimmers with a working position of the motor and coil at the bottom, as a rule, have side buttons on both sides of the bobbin. When pressed at the same time, the upper part of the spool together with the inner content for winding the line is disconnected, while the lower part remains on the trimmer. It is advisable to disassemble the bobbin on a flat, smooth place so that the spring included in the structure does NOT jump out and does NOT get lost;
  • Electric and gasoline trimmers with a curved bar without the possibility of installing a knife, as a rule, have spools with special lamb: in such designs, hold the spool in a stationary position with one hand, and rotate the wing nut that fixes the Bobbin on the bar with the other hand. After disconnecting the nut, the entire bobbin is removed.
  • Electric and gasoline trimmers with the ability to install a knife on a straight Bar (for example, Stihl trimmers) have a hole under the reel. To keep the rod stationary, a screwdriver or other suitable object is inserted into this hole and, with slow rotation, such a mutual position is achieved when the screwdriver enters the hole and the bobbin is fixed. After that, the coil body is scrolled clockwise (with a left-hand thread) and removed from the trimmer.

For the second and third options, the coils, depending on the design, are disassembled in different ways. In the bobbins, a lamb is unscrewed from the lamb, in the coils, the latches are pressed from the latch and one part of the coil is released from the other. If the halves of the bobbin are connected by thread, then it is enough to turn them by hand in opposite directions until they are completely unscrewed.

Coil with one working tendril

The simplest option and uncomplicated sequence of actions:

  • The dimensions of the reel and the length of the original factory winding determine the recommended length of the line for winding. 2. 5 m.
  • One end of the line is inserted into the fixing technological hole located inside the spool.
  • The fishing line is wound on the drum in the reverse rotation of the spool in the direction of the trimmer. as a rule, on the inside of the bobbin an arrow indicates in which direction the winding is being carried out.
  • A small section of the fishing line is left free to lead it out. it is fixed in a specialized groove on the inside of the bobbin, designed to hold the winding when assembling the bobbin into working condition.
  • The left end of the line is passed through the hole in the outer part of the reel.
  • The bobbin halves are assembled and put on the trimmer bar.

Automatic line winding to a spool

There is a type of reel in which the automatic mechanism winds itself. from the user it is enough only to correctly fill the line. The fishing line is passed through a hole on the inner part of the body, its antennae without winding are passed through the hole on the outer body, the reel is assembled, and when the winding button is rotated, the fishing line inside is wound independently. It is impossible to make the winding wrong in such a spool: the mechanism itself will determine the correct direction, since it can only spin in one direction.

What is a trimmer?

This equipment is based on the following elements:

  • Motor, the main function of which is to rotate the cutting head at the end of the rod;
  • Directly the head, consisting of a coil on which either a fishing line or a knife can be wound;
  • Knives or line rotating at high speed, which are the main cutting part of the device, how to load the line into the trimmer, it will go a little further.

An electric device is inferior in its power to a gasoline one, so it is ideal for working on a standard plot of land, which is adjacent to a house with source of electrical energy. The main positive aspects of this technique are the absence of noise during operation, light weight, ease of use and, of course, environmental friendliness.

As for gasoline trimmers, such equipment, of course, is more mobile, so it can be safely transported from place to place and get rid of annoying vegetation in any area. It is not necessary to use electricity here at all, which has a positive effect on the functionality of such an apparatus. the cutting attachments can be changed, working with weeds of various types.

One of the most common attachments is the fishing line, so you should dwell on this element in more detail.

How to tuck the line into the trimmer?

Any machine for mowing vegetation is necessarily equipped with a spool, which, in turn, may differ in different models by the filament feed system (automatic, semi-automatic and manual). It is from this parameter that it is worth starting from before deciding how to fill the line into the trimmer.

In order to tuck the line into the trimmer, you need to take at least 5 meters of material, which is then folded in half. The center of the cutting element should be inserted into a specially designated place, and then the cutting attachment should be wound on the spool showing the direction using visual cues. At the end of all the work, the lid, of course, will need to be tightened.

How do I fit the line into the trimmer? Operating tips

The trimmer is an excellent modern device designed for mowing unnecessary grass, and its main advantage is that this technique can be used in places where an ordinary lawn mower will simply not be able to reach due to its massiveness. It is necessary to understand in more detail what trimmers are, and how to choose the best option for a particular suburban area.

Types of trimmer line

As a rule, line separation is based on different sample diameters, which can vary from 1.2 to 4 mm. The most commonly used material is a material with a thickness of 2 mm, but in no case should we forget that the choice should depend primarily on the trimmer model.

There is one main rule here: the more power the apparatus has, the thicker the line should be.

This element can also differ in the type of its section. So, it can be round (suitable for cutting plain grass) or square (for mowing soft green cover), sharp edges (tall grass) or be equipped with notches ideal for thin grass.

Do not forget that with the help of a fishing line it is allowed to mow only grass, and for other, coarser vegetation, it is imperative to use knives.

Next, you should consider in more detail the process of how to insert the line into the trimmer correctly. Indeed, it is with this procedure that many consumers often have difficulties.

Line adjustment

One of the main rules when replacing and adjusting equipment is any manipulations with the mechanism Should be carried out exclusively with the engine off and the device plug disconnected from the mains.

Perhaps these tips will tell you how to tuck the line into the trimmer as correctly as possible and, accordingly, give your site a neat and aesthetic appearance. All that is required is to correctly select the cutting material required by the type and, of course, to determine the category of the most used trimmer.

How to tuck the line into the trimmer?

In order for the area near the house to always look well-groomed and neat, it must be cut regularly. Fortunately, modern technology allows you to solve this problem without excessive physical effort. Electric trimmers are so easy to use and maintain that even a teenager can mow with them. The main thing is to figure out in advance how to fill the line in the trimmer.

How to load the line into the trimmer?

So, we are faced with the task of correctly loading the line into the trimmer. Let’s take a closer look at what it will start with and what pitfalls can await us in the process.

Step 1. choosing the line

Step 2. remove the coil from the trimmer

To perform this operation, the trimmer must be disconnected from the mains and turned over with the working head up. The further course of action depends on the trimmer model and the design of the coil itself:

  • In small trimmers with a lower engine location, press on the keys located on the sides of the coil and remove its upper part from the head;
  • On a trimmer with a curved rod, the coil body is clamped with one hand, while turning counterclockwise the thumbs located on the body;
  • In trimmers with a straight bar and a gearbox, insert a screwdriver into the hole under the coil, and then turn the coil body counterclockwise.

Step 3. disassemble the coil

After the coil is removed from the head, it must be carefully disassembled. It is better to do this on an already mown area, since there may be a spring inside the coil, which will be quite difficult to find in tall grass. After disassembly, we will have three parts on our hands: the body (top cover), the protective casing and the coil itself.

Step 4. measuring the amount of line you need

Newbie mowers are usually interested in how many meters of line to wind on the trimmer reel? There are two ways to resolve this issue:

  • Unwind a skein of line on a flat, dry place and separate half of it.
  • Measure 3-4 meters of line from the skein.

In any case, after the end of the winding, the turns of the line should be on the body of the reel, and not sliding off it. You do not need to try to wind as much as possible, as the line will unwind poorly and often break.

Step 5. wind the line onto the reel

How to attach the line to the trimmer depends on the coil design. Consider the option when the coil body has one outlet for the line. In this case, the end of the line is clamped in the crevice of the reel, and then we wind the line, trying to lay the turns as tightly as possible. The direction of laying the turns should be opposite to the direction of rotation of the coil and is usually indicated on its inner part. After the end of winding on the reel, you must put on a protective cover and bring the end of the line into it

If the reel is designed to work with two tails, then the line must be folded in half and laid in the groove in the center of the reel. Further winding will be carried out along one or two slots, depending on the coil design. The direction of winding must also be opposite to the direction of rotation of the coil. At the end of the ponytail, the line will also need to be led out into the holes on the top of the reel.

Trimmer head with two tendrils

Double flute head

After removing the spool from the spool body, we determine the number of strands for winding the fishing line (1 or 2). In principle, there is no difference between bobbins with one and two grooves, but with careless threading into the paired groove, there will be operational problems. Due to the likelihood of interlacing the adjacent line of the tool, a situation may arise when, after wear of the working antennae, it is impossible to remove new ones.

Regardless of the number of streams, a fishing line with a length of 1.5 to 3 meters is taken for refueling. Winding must be done in the opposite direction of rotation of the head, since winding in the direction of travel will lead to the fact that the line will not be removed from the reel. After the fishing line is tucked into the trimmer coil, the free ends (15-30 cm) are threaded into special holes. Next, we assemble the head in the reverse order of disassembly and check the operability. Do NOT worry if the ends of the two antennae are very different in size, because when you start the trimmer, the knife installed on the protection will cut off excess.

Preparing to wind the line

Before the winding process, it is necessary to remove the spool with line from the body. Depending on the manufacturer, power and type (electric or gasoline), there are three design types of trimmers:

    Compact Electric Trimmers.

Straight bar trimmer

This model provides the ability to install a knife. Removing the coil in such models is done by means of two keys recessed into the coil body. To mount the trimmer knife, it is necessary to align the hole of the reel and the rod, and then insert the device in the form of a steel pin (screwdriver, iron bar). After fixing the coil, the body can be easily unscrewed by hand clockwise.

Winding the line to the trimmer

Measured and accurate dismantling of the spool from the spit coil makes it possible to go directly to winding the line. The design features of the head, the number and location of the fixing holes dictate the sequence of actions when performing this operation, and also determine the methods used. Today there are several types of reels, depending on the number of line antennae and the methods of threading it:

  • Trimmer head with one working Mustache;
  • Bobbin with two tendril fishing lines;
  • Auto winding reel.

Single Barbed Trimmer Spool

Reel for single-barb lawn mowers

Many owners and experts note the ease of use and ease of refueling the bobbin with one mustache. Depending on the manufacturer, the length of the threaded line can vary from 2 to 5 meters. The end of the line is inserted into the head into a special technological groove or hole, and the winding is carried out in the direction opposite to the working rotation of the bobbin. Most reels have arrow marks on the outside of the body that indicate the direction of the trimmer reel movement.

After winding, you need to leave a free end of 15-30 cm to enhance the centrifugal force, which is decisive when removing the trimmer line in automatic and semi-automatic spools. Passing the left end through the working hole of the coil and assembling the head.

How to wind line on a trimmer reel: key points

A gasoline or electric trimmer is an indispensable tool in the arsenal of a modern summer resident or owner of his own home.

Thanks to these garden devices, even a large garden plot can be mowed with ease. After purchasing this tool and performing several mows, many people think about how to properly wind the line on the trimmer reel. For an inexperienced user, the first operation to replace it will seem problematic and time-consuming, since the developers often do not fully reflect the instructions for replacing the fishing line in the operating manual.

Trimmer head with automatic line threading

Types of trimmer heads

Some models on the market are fitted with a reel with an automatic winding mechanism. It is enough for the owner to properly thread and fix the ends in the head, and the winding operation will be performed by the tool itself when it is turned on. It is almost impossible to wind the line incorrectly into a trimmer with such a head, since the coil independently determines the position of the antennae. The advantages of the automatic trimmer head include the ease of threading the line, and the disadvantages are frequent breakdowns of the mechanism due to the complexity of the design and the high cost.

What types of woods are there

The most common type of line, which is suitable for almost all types of reels, is a round cord. This is an ordinary fishing line, suitable for cutting succulent grass, but it will be much more difficult to mow dead wood with it, and even more so it will not cope with shrubs.

As a rule, the diameter, which can mow young grass, and does not exceed 1.6 mm. The thicker the thread, the more coarse grass it can overcome.

There are fishing lines with sharp edges in the form of an asterisk or a square, this option is more adapted to mowing dry grass precisely due to the existing sharp edges, but its disadvantage is greater wear and tear and it is inferior in strength to round cord.

There are fishing lines with improved aerodynamics with characteristic dents, scales and notches, such a product makes less noise, but it is used only for lawn mowers, since the exit of such a thread from the reel is difficult, it is used most often with discs in which the segments are inserted. The disadvantage of such a product is its fragility.

Most often in gasoline trimmers with an engine power of more than 1.5 HP. Use cords with a metal cable inside.

This thread is ideal for cutting dry grass and small bushes. The presence of a core has a positive effect on the wear resistance of this material.

The disadvantage of such a cord is its price, which is significantly higher than the listed opponents.

How to change the line to the trimmer and which one is better to choose

Since we considered the choice of a trimmer in a previous article, today we will tell you how to properly fill the trimmer with a fishing line, and which one is better to choose Based on the working conditions.

After you bought a trimmer and began to actively use it, sooner or later the question of replacing the fishing line will arise, since this is the most wearing out element in the tool, intensive use of the trimmer will lead to frequent replacement of consumables.

How to remove or tuck the line into the trimmer

In order to wind the line, it will take about 10-15 minutes. What is a trimmer coil? Plastic body with a cassette inside, on which there is a special hook for easy winding of the fishing line.

Almost all trimmer reels have a similar fastening principle, this is a central screw-button, when pressed, it becomes possible to stretch the line of the required length. The photo below shows a few examples of different trimmer spools.

The bobbins of the trimmers, the motor of which is located in the ground itself, have a different attachment to the axis of rotation, they have two buttons on the coil on the sides, which must be wrung out, otherwise the whine replacement is not different from other cassettes.

The principle of correct winding of the fishing line is similar in all of the above cases, therefore, for example, consider the standard version with two tendrils.

To remove the spool with the fishing line, it is necessary to Unscrew, located in the center, the screw, but Note that the thread is left there, so it will have to be turned clockwise, this was done on purpose so that during operation It does not open under the influence of centrifugal force.

Next, using a screwdriver, disassemble the head and remove the spool onto which the fishing line is directly wound.

Having measured the required length and folded in half, you need to tuck the fishing line into the spool. We bring out, in total, its ends opposite each other (for this there are special slots for fixing).

After that, it is necessary to assemble the head in the reverse order, threading the ends of the cord into two corresponding holes.

If in doubt or it is not entirely clear how to load the line on the trimmer, we recommend that you look at: how to properly wind the line into the lawn mower.

In this, step by step, the instructor will open the trimmer head, measure the required amount of line, usually from two to four meters, and demonstrate assembly and installation on the trimmer.

What can be used instead of fishing line

Many users of trimmers ask themselves the question: what can be used to replace the default cord used in this kind of machines? Begin unsafe experiments by installing metal or copper wires, metal ropes or strings, and ordinary fishing line in the mowing head.

If you install a metal cable instead of a fishing line, the trimmer turns into a dangerous device Not only for the user, but also for those around. This fact is explained by the fact that during the operation of the unit, the steel cable will gradually be triggered, its ends will unravel, and small pieces of wire will scatter in different directions at high speed.

And if you accidentally hook your or someone else’s leg while working with a steel cable (wire), then a strong and deep tissue incision, and in some cases amputation of your toes, is guaranteed. The manufacturer does NOT use nylon for THESE purposes in vain, since it is light and strong enough, and when it comes off it does not fly far away and cannot cause injury.

Of course, you can use fishing line in the trimmer instead of the standard one, but this will add extra trouble to you, since it wears out quickly, tears, mows slowly and is NOT suitable for cutting tough grass. In addition, when carrying out work, a lot of time is lost to replace the broken tool more than once.

In practice, the installation of a conventional line is justified if the user is going to mow the grass near the fence, especially if he is from the netting. In this case, in order to protect the standard, and sometimes expensive, line from wear and tear, it is changed to a fishing line, which is not a complaint. Usually, in order to change the line to the line, it must be selected The greatest thickness. 2-3 mm.

Types of trimmer heads

The grass mowing head is a cylindrical body in which a spool (bobbin) is inserted with a fishing line (cord) tucked in it. This design can be installed on both gasoline and electric trimmers. The heads differ in the way of threading and feeding the cord and are of 3 types.

  • Automatic. Cord feed is performed after the user Decreases engine RPM. Although the automatic line feed is convenient if large volumes of work are performed, there is one drawback in such bobbins. a high whine consumption.
  • Semi-automatic. The use of this type of heads does not require the user to perform complex manipulations. The principle of their operation is designed in such a way that the cord lengthens automatically while the apparatus is operating at full speed. It is enough to lightly hit the ground with the trimmer head (this removes the blocking of the cord), and the line is pulled out of the bobbin due to centrifugal force, after which it is cut to the required length with a knife located on the protective cover.
  • Manual. To lengthen the cord, the device must be stopped, after which the line is pulled manually.

Based on the above, semi-automatic bobbins are the most optimal option. It should also be borne in mind that the coils for the trimmer are single-string (used only for trimming the grass) and two-string, which are used for mowing tall grass and small, thin-stemmed bushes.

Line winding algorithm

Depending on which trimmer model is used, the type, thickness and length of the line are selected. The diameter of the cord can be from 1.2 to 4 mm. It is not difficult to guess that the thicker you fill the cord, the harder and thicker grass it is able to cut.

There are 3 ways to find out which line diameter you can use on your mower.

  • View information on the thickness of the cord in the instructions for the device.
  • Look at the bobbin itself. It can contain information about the possible diameters of the line.
  • Insert the line into the outlet. If it easily passes into it, then a cord of this diameter can be used.

The line is wound on a reel in the mowing head. Therefore, you first need to open it (this was discussed above). There are 2 ways to wind the cord.

High cord consumption

Basically, the cord runs out quickly if you hit the ground frequently with the semi-automatic head or press it down hard. The spool is unlocked, and the line, lengthening, is cut with a knife. Another reason that the cord runs out quickly is improper operation of the machine with an automatic head: the user often cuts the engine speed when mowing. But as we remember, the automatic head is designed in such a way that it is with each decrease in revolutions that a new portion of the line is supplied, so it is quickly consumed.

How to remove and disassemble a coil

Before starting the process of changing the cord, it becomes necessary for trimmer users to remove and disassemble the coil. Let’s see how to do it.

The trimmer mowing head consists of several parts: a cover, a spring (not on all models), a spool with a cord and a cover.

In trimmers, 2 options for mounting the mowing head are most often used.

The line is flying out

The reason that the cord unwinds after starting the unit may also be due to the weakening of the spring inside the head. In addition, there are times when the mowing head flies apart when the machine is turned on, and the spring installed in it is lost. Inexperienced users do NOT notice the absence of a spring and assemble this unit without it. Therefore, the cord does NOT hold, and under the influence of centrifugal force flies out.

Option

To remove the trimmer head, you will need to completely disassemble it.

  • To remove the cover that covers the inside of the head, you must press on the latches (latches) located on both sides.
  • After removing the cover, you will see a spool that needs to be removed from the body. Some spools have a spring under the bobbin, which must be carefully pulled out to avoid losing it in the grass.
  • When you remove the bobbin, you will see a slotted screw for a Phillips or flathead screwdriver in the center of the case. It is possible that there may be a hex bolt or a nozzle “star”.
  • Using a screwdriver, selecting the required bit (bit), it is required to Unscrew the bolt (counterclockwise).
  • After removing the fasteners, grasp the body of the part and, swing it in different directions, Remove it from the gearbox shaft.

The first way

To correctly determine how many meters of line is required for a particular reel, it is necessary to screw it onto the bobbin so that the skein does NOT exceed the diameter of the sides. If the line sticks out over the edges of the spool, you will NOT be able to insert it into the casing. After you have decided on the length of the material, it must be threaded into the bobbin, so do the following.

  • It is necessary to fold the fishing line in half, so that one end of it is 10-15 cm longer from the second.
  • Please note that the bobbin is divided into 2 parts by the central edge, from which charging begins. Find a groove on it and insert a cord into it, bent in half, put a little effort.
  • It is very important to determine in which direction the line is wound onto the reel. If you look closely, you can find an arrow on the bobbin or an inscription with an arrow indicating in which direction the winding should be carried out. There are times when there is no arrow on the coil. In such a situation, you can look at the arrow drawn on the mowing head and wind the cord in the opposite direction.
  • Winding should be done carefully, turn by turn, with maximum thread tension.
  • After the laying of the cord is completed, you will first need to fix the short end of the fishing line, insert it into a groove of a suitable diameter on the side of the reel.
  • The second end, the one that is longer, is attached in a groove on the opposite side of the bobbin.
  • After fixing the fishing line, cut off its ends, leaving about 10 cm allowances.
  • Next, you need to install the loaded bobbin into the mowing head. To do this, alternately insert and pull the thread into the outlet holes of the head, place the bobbin in the casing, then, applying the required force, Pull the fishing line out of the fixing grooves and tighten it.
  • Now you can put on the cover and fix it with the latches.

No cord feed, coil does NOT spin

An automatic or semi-automatic head should feed the line without stopping the machine. But if She does not come out, then the reasons may be as follows:

  • The line in the reel is not wound correctly, because of which the latter does NOT spin;
  • The cord is not wound evenly, and the thread can get stuck between the turns (the thread should be wound neatly, turn to turn, without distortion)
  • Too short ends of the thread come out of the holes, as a result of which there is not enough centrifugal force to extract them, and the line is NOT fed (it is recommended to always adjust the length of the cord by pulling it slightly before starting the unit)
  • The line is stuck together (will be discussed later).

How to wind the line on the trimmer spool. How to properly wind the line on the trimmer reel. Step by step guide. How to choose a fishing line. length, diameter, restrictions

As for the length, you should count on the estimated frequency of use of the trimmer. The more often, the more it costs to stock up the expense.

Information about the possible line diameter can be found on the body trimmer spools. Most likely, the range will be indicated there. The thickness varies from 1.2 to 4 mm. Choose the appropriate option, taking into account the peculiarities of the cultivated area. The larger the diameter, the easier it is to mow tough grass.

Preparation. remove and disassemble the spool

On most electric and petrol trims, you will need to remove the spool to replace the line. The FUBAG tool lets you skip this step. To make the instruction universal, we will still consider it in detail:

Lock the shaft. Insert the locking element into the corresponding hole. It can be a thin screwdriver or a metal rod.

Unscrew the bobbin case. In our example. strictly clockwise.

Unscrew the cover in accordance with the direction indicated on the body.

Take out the winding spool.

The preparatory stage has been passed. You can go to winding the fishing line.

Winding Algorithm

Insert the resulting loop into the groove.

Lay the line in accordance with the indicated direction on the element body.

Insert the short end into the slot on the side of the spool.

Fasten the long end in the opposite groove.

Place the spool with coiled line into the spool body.

Pull the line out of the locking slots.

Put on the cover and fix.

Trim the ends of the line, leaving 10 to 15 centimeters.

The replacement of the line is completed and now it remains only to screw the bobbin onto the trimmer and you can work.

ATTENTION! Typical line problems

It is not in vain that they say: “Forewarned is forearmed“. Knowing about possible problems and the causes of their occurrence, you can prevent them in time. We recommend to remember or leave a memo.

Problem Cause decision
line break Stones, branches and solid objects in the grass Avoid collision
Poor cord quality Replace with a quality analog
Wear of outlet holes in the head Complete replacement of part required
the line is unwound Loose spring in the coil Check spring and replace if damaged
the line is sticking Poor line quality, due to which it can melt under the influence of temperature from a heating head Reel in less line or replace with a better line
