Traditional products we use for salads:

The most famous salad without mayonnaise is the classic Greek one. For him you need to take:

  • 2 ground cucumbers;
  • 1-2 meaty tomatoes;
  • Bell pepper;
  • a small onion (or half. better than a red onion);
  • a jar of pitted olives;
  • feta cheese (in our conditions we will replace feta cheese, which is better to pre-soak in milk).

We complement the Greek picture with olive oil and herbs: very good with vegetables and cheese arugula, parsley, lettuce.

Wash the vegetables, cut off the stalk, clean the angle grinder from the internal partitions and seeds. Cut the onion into thin half rings, vegetables and cheese. into cubes no less than an olive. Grind the washed and dried greens. In a salad bowl, collect all the ingredients, pepper and add, pour with oil and mix.


The simplest. and at the same time the most satisfying. “chicken” salad is made from:

  • one boiled chicken breast (250-300 g);
  • hard cheese (170 g);
  • canned corn (half a 200-gram jar);
  • 3 eggs.

Dressing. Provencal mayonnaise. Salt and black pepper to taste.

The salad itself is prepared very quickly, but you must first boil the chicken and eggs. To make the fillet tender, leave it to cool in the broth. If taken out on a plate, the meat will dry out and be harsh. Eggs cool in cold water to help them peel off more easily.

Finely chop the chicken breast (so that the pieces have a neat look, cut across the fibers) or divide it by hand into separate fibers. Recently, salads with ripped meat are very popular (this is a culinary term), even sandwiches and burgers are made with it.

Rub the cheese with long shavings on a coarse grater, cut the eggs into cubes, leave one protein intact. We will need it to decorate a festive dish. Pour half a can of corn onto a strainer so that the liquid glass.

DIY: a table for the nursery to draw on

How to make a comfortable and beautiful space for creativity out of an ordinary children’s table? This question was asked by Tina Khabarova. decorator from Moscow, our regular author at and mother of the girl Vesta. When I saw Tina’s process on Instagram, I was really looking forward to her talk about how to make such a table! And here you are.

It all started with the fact that the table for my daughter’s creativity quickly lost its original appearance and began to look very exhausted. I bought it in Ikea (children’s table Critter, white), the tabletop is made of fiberboard, covered with acrylic paint. Everything would be great, but this budget material is not suitable for children at all. paint chips, swollen small spots and many small abrasions quickly appeared on the countertop. Sanding and simply repainting such a table is impossible, it is not a tree, under the paint there is a dense layer of sawdust that swells with moisture. Painting just from above is also not an option, because all chips will be visible and noticeable to the touch. Tablecloths, napkins, paths, films did not satisfy me, all this very quickly turned out to be under the table, and my young artist continued to create, going beyond the album, and turning the unfortunate table into a freak.

So, to repaint a children’s table, you will need:
– slate paint 200ml
– comfortable brush
– fine skin
– an exhausted children’s table and a good mood

Do not forget to wipe the table thoroughly first, you can even degrease it with alcohol or solvent. Next, go for a sandpaper, but without fanaticism (you just need to smooth out irregularities, remove roughness and slightly remove the top layer of paint).
Important: no need to sand up to sawdust, just wipe the tabletop with sandpaper for 30 seconds with medium hand pressure.

Wipe off dust with a dry cloth and apply the first coat of paint. Wait for the paint to dry and apply a second, then a third coat. Leave the table to dry overnight. No need to varnish. In the morning, spread chalk on it, a special cloth for erasing drawings and enjoy your well-deserved 30 minutes of sleep (and this I guarantee you).

And further. I was worried that there would be a large black spot in the nursery, so I did not immediately decide on this, what is already there, a brilliant experiment. As a result, the table is always densely covered with drawings, so it does not look gloomy at all, on the contrary, it correctly dilutes the delicate girly interior. Use, friends!
