How the toaster works, how it works?

The electromagnet creates a magnetic field that magnetizes the bar (7) to the core, thus locking the basket (6) to the lock (4) in the down position.
The control circuit starts the countdown timer.
Infrared (5) heats the loaf until the timer goes off. Once the cooking time has elapsed, the control circuit removes power from the electromagnet, the basket is released from the hook and returned to its upper position by the spring. The wedge-shaped plate (9) releases the spring contacts, they open and switch off the heaters and the control circuit.
How to repair the toaster repair with their own hands

Toaster repair
This knob would adjust the toasting time if you rotate it, and stop cooking (STOP) if you press it.
It would seem to be easy to fix it, but it was a little more complicated than I expected!
But the handle, which is not broken (it was not used at all), does not want to take out!
But it turned out that this toaster is disposable and the handles were glued in after assembly!
And the fact that it snapped off. the switch itself fell apart in two!

And the insides with the springs and the contact plate in a good tradition flew into the unknown and were not found! )))
In general it is assumed that after disassembly this toaster should be thrown out! )
But all the electronic parts and heaters are fine, so it can be repaired.
The adjustment knob was loosely inserted into the potentiometer to move back and forth in it, and a flexible contact plate was soldered on the board behind it, and the contact.
If the handle was twisted, the potentiometer was adjusted, and if pressed, the flexible plate was connected to the contact under it, and the toaster was turned off.
But the back part of the adjustment lever, which presses the plate and holds the knob in the potentiometer, broke off.
Well, everything is simple here. there is still a lot of space on the regulator lever, if you do not use it to press the contact plate, you can wrap it with duct tape and then it will be firmly inserted into the potentiometer:
In order not to lose the ability to manually turn off the toaster (because now the knob of the regulator will not be able to press, only rotate), we buy a cheap button:
We solder a piece of wire to the contacts from the flex plate and the contact underneath, then fill everything on top with thermal glue so that it sticks securely:
And then to the other end of the wire solder the button, not forgetting about the heat shrink tubing, which then cover the contacts!
Now the adjusting lever is firmly fixed and instead of the contact plate there will be a separate button!
But unfortunately this is not the end of the repair. when you disassemble it, the disposable switch fell apart!
It costs 34 rubles, but the batch of 10 pieces and wait 2 weeks!
No one ever used this switch anyway, it was always in the middle position, so we cleaned the contacts, tinned and simply soldered the two contacts, simulating the middle position of the switch! )
I also saw that the terminals in the closing relay were all burnt:

But I found out how to clean it: we take the smallest abrasive wheel for dremel, cut it with scissors, reducing diameter, and clean it very well:
To clean the contacts, simply turn the drive with the abrasive side facing them.
Checking how everything works, drill a hole in the body for the button, assemble.
And so everything is fixed, everything works, the button turns off! )

At the moment it costs 800 hryvnia in the local stores of household appliances. I trust the quality of the Bosch company, so I think that the price for it is quite affordable.
Quickly make breakfast/snack for work and school. Literally no more than 3 minutes and a couple of ruddy toasts are ready, you can make as much toast as you want in a morning, I usually make 4 toasts. In our family, we all wake up differently, so the line for toast we do not form
Nothing outstanding in terms of design, the classic shape is all there is to it, in terms of ergonomics all control keys and knobs are conveniently located. The “loading” knob for frying toast has an additional stroke upwards. It helps to get the hot toast without climbing over it with your hands.
The toaster is assembled neatly, there are no big gaps between the parts, the control buttons do not dangle, everything works properly.
Although the toaster has a tray for crumbs. it is not very effective, it only collects on itself those crumbs that have obviously fallen between the toasting bars, the remaining crumbs still remain inside the toaster and begin to burn. Not so long ago, a Bosch TAT3A011 toaster appeared in our family, thanks to which we now devour crispy loaf on a regular basis.
Today I will tell you about my kitchen helper, its characteristics and make some conclusions about the advantages and disadvantages. So, the hero of my review. toaster Bosch TAT3A011 and my experience in its operation.

After providing ventilation in the room, turn on and heat the empty toaster at least three times at the highest toasting level, then let it cool.
That’s what we did. And the smell was not the most pleasant. Fried an empty toaster three times and it all went away.
Another good tip from the manufacturer:
Set a lower toasting level for one slice than for two slices.
I got one piece of loaf burned that way.
Pros of the Bosch TAT3A011 toaster:
You can fix the cord on the bottom and shorten that way,
The loaf is perfectly toasted (for the slight unevenness I won’t take a plus),
The tray does not cover the entire space, so the crumbs must be taken out of the corners and also they can spill on the table even with the tray inserted (but here again I am not a baker).
